Only unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging are eligible for returns. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How do I start a return request?

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
